Payment Policy

1) Accepted Payment Methods

2) Currency & Taxes

• All prices are listed in GBP (£) and include VAT unless stated otherwise.

3) When You’re Charged

• Payment is taken at checkout once your order is placed.

4) Security

• Payments are processed securely by our providers (PCI-DSS compliant).

• We do not store full card numbers.

• Strong Customer Authentication (e.g., 3-D Secure) may be required.

5) Verification & Fraud Prevention

• Orders may be subject to manual review. We may request confirmation (e.g., email/phone or proof of address) if something looks unusual.

• We reserve the right to cancel and refund any order we cannot verify.

6) Pricing Errors

• If we discover a pricing or typographical error after you order, we’ll contact you to confirm the corrected price or issue a full refund if you prefer not to proceed.

7) Refunds

• Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method.

• Typical processing time: 5–10 business days after we complete inspection (your bank/card provider may take longer to post the funds).

8) Chargebacks

• If there’s an issue, please contact us first so we can resolve it quickly. We respond to all card-issuer inquiries.

9) Financing/BNPL

• We do not currently offer financing or buy-now-pay-later options.

10) Invoices

• An order confirmation/receipt is emailed after checkout. A VAT invoice is available on request.
